These terms govern your use of the ACLT Design website. By using this site you agree to them. Our paid services are governed by a separate written client agreement, summarised below.

Important: these website terms are not a substitute for your signed client services agreement. The detailed terms of any project (scope, payment, IP, the 90-day guarantee, and retainers) are set out in that separate agreement. Have both reviewed by a solicitor before relying on them.

1. About us

ACLT Design is a web design and local-business automation studio. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean ACLT Limited (trading as ACLT Design), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17056885, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or copy its content except as permitted by law.

3. Our services and the "built first" offer

We may build a demo of your website before any payment is taken. Any demo, design, code, copy, and assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of ACLT Design until the project is paid for in full. You may not reproduce, share, forward, screen-record, or instruct any third party to recreate any part of a demo. Ownership transfers to you once payment is received in full, as set out in your client agreement.

4. Quotes, pricing and guarantees

Prices and packages shown on this website are indicative and may change. The binding price, payment schedule, minimum retainer term, and any results guarantee are those stated in your signed client agreement. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, demos, and code — is owned by or licensed to ACLT Design and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written permission.

6. Third-party links

This site links to demo sites and third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites.

7. Disclaimer

This website is provided "as is". While we work to keep information accurate and the site available, we make no warranties that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
